This article focuses on the precision assembly of aero crafts. And the digital assembly controlling technology is developed. In the research process, the accuracy prediction technology based on rough surface analy sis method is proposed, and the theory of state space model based on frequency domain analysis method in assembly process is studied and established. The mathematical expression form is expressed.
